There are hundreds of traditional Shaolin Temple empty-hand and weapon forms taught out to the students of Shaolin. This insures that each student will remain excited, challenged, and involves for a lifetime. Shaolin is about more than just fighting, it is about adopting the best of what Chinese martial art tradition has to offer and mixing it into our hectic “Western” lives to create a powerful combination.

While most matrial arts schools appeal only to children, over 80% of Shao-lin students are adults (30% of those are women).

The majority of our new students are brought in by our current students. And since we're the fastest growing school in the city, that means that there is a lot of Good Words spreading about us.
